Looking Forward

It’s 2016! 17 days into the year actually, we left all the negatives of 2015 behind and we are getting a glimpse of what this new year has to offer. Many of us have big dreams for this year and we want to see them through and of course will stop at nothing to do that. In the process of all of this preparing for your plans you’re going to hear people criticizing; telling you its not going to work out and you might as well quit from now! Yeah, I know about those people and they can be as close as family members, people who you look up to and who you thought would be the ones to cheer you on. Don’t worry about those people, Let them talk.

“I will instruct you and teach you in the way you should go; I will counsel you with my eye upon you.” – Psalm 32:8

Yes, sometimes your plan will seem somewhat impossible and as if it won’t work, but just look ahead, stay positive, stay focus and keep your eyes on the prize. Don’t think about all the stuff that are going wrong with that plan of yours, think about all things that are going right. Expect disappointments but don’t dwell on them use them as your stepping stones. Life has a way of teaching lessons and sometimes those lessons may come in different forms but when they do come it makes a lot of sense.

“Let your eyes look directly forward, and your gaze be straight before you” – Proverbs 4:25

So just remember that whatever plans you have for this year, this month or even this week, no matter what happens along the way or who says it won’t work or who says it doesn’t make sense don’t take in all of that negativity we’re focusing on positive vibrations for 2016. Just keep looking forward.

Have a blessed year and a blessed week!

More Blessing!
