There comes a time in our lives when we go through some really not so wonderful phases. During those times we tend to do and say things that we don’t necessarily mean to say and/or do, most of the times these things hurt the people around us.
Sometime we just need to Step-back, Reflect, Fix the issue & Move on.
Take the time to just stop what you are doing. You just hurt someone’s feeling, you have just said something you know you don’t mean, but you can’t take it back at this point. Many times when you are going through your phases you tend to go into overdrive, because want to ignore your problems that we ourselves have created. STOP!
“Sometimes you have to take a step back and realize what’s important in your life. What you can live with, but more importantly, what you can’t live without.”
You just said that thing you can’t take back, you are now sitting down feeling sorry for what you did. This is the point where you will examine the situation, see where you went and you are now going to drop self-pride and find a way to fix this situation.
“Sometimes you have to reflect and realize what’s important in your life. What you can live with, but more importantly, what you can’t live without”
Make things right. Go to whomever you’ve hurt, admit your wrongs, say your sorry… Do whatever you have to do to make it right. Start a convo with the person, say something.. do something.. Make an effort to change things, get rid of the negatives. And do it all with a smile and trust me everything will just fall into place.
““We can not solve our problems with the same level of thinking that created them”
― Albert Einstein
Get on with your life… Allow things flow back to normal, don’t remind yourself or the other person about the incident that had happened. Just move on.
“It is only through labor and painful effort, by grim energy and resolute courage, that we move on to better things.”
– Theodore Roosevelt
It makes no sense living in a temporary situation trying to make it permanent. we all will go through phases but it is how we handle them.
Step-back… Reflect… Fix it… & Move On
Proverbs 3:6 “In all your ways acknowledge him, and he will make straight your paths.”
